Adams Avenue Insurance Agency (AAIA) is a full-service independent insurance agency established in 2005. Since then, AAIA has grown to become a well-respected business with dedicated specialists to serve your every insurance related need. We were founded on the belief that customers deserve the best coverage and rates, combined with the most professional, responsive and courteous service possible. As insurance brokers we represent the interests of our clients in negotiations with the many insurance carriers that we do business with. Adams Avenue Insurance Agency believes that building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and professional partners is our highest purpose in business.
About Dave and Cindi Ortolf
Cindi & Dave are uniquely qualified to represent our clients' risk management and insurance needs. Together they have more than 60 years of combined experience in providing excellent client centered sales and service. Both are highly qualified and capable to handle most any property & casualty insurance matter. Adams Avenue Insurance Agency works with many of the best known names in the insurance industry including AIG, Allstate, Chubb, CNA, Hartford, Kemper, Lloyds of London, Progressive, Safeco and Travelers, and many more.
Cindi's insurance career began in 1990 as a customer service representative with Allstate. After moving to a large, fast-paced State Farm Agency, she soon became office manager. In 2005 she joined with Dave in founding Adams Avenue Insurance Agency. Cindi's experience and knowledge base enable her to competently handle any type of property & casualty insurance need. Dave's insurance career began with Allstate in 1987. With a BA in Communication, Dave has continued to develop and hone his knowledge base and skill set throughout the years. Formal industry training includes both the Allstate's Agent's School and Safeco's Commercial Lines Agent's School. He has also successfully earned both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and with the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) professional designations. Last but not least, Dave is proud to have served honorably in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Dave and Cindi have been happily married since 1991. Their greatest achievement together has been raising two happy, healthy, honest, independent and hard-working Sons. They are fortunate to live in beautiful Huntington Beach, California.
